FePlays Admin ("the App") is operated by CedarEdge ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the FePlays Admin application.
When you create or use an administrator account, we may collect your phone number, email address when provided, name and profile information, and authentication information.
Administrators may provide or manage venue information, venue contact information, venue location and address, pitch information, pricing information, operating hours, peak and off-peak periods, and booking duration settings.
The App may provide access to customer bookings, walk-in bookings, booking dates and times, pitch reservations, booking status, booking amounts, and revenue and earnings reports.
We may collect limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the App, such as device information, device identifiers, operating system information, app version, and technical logs or diagnostic information.
FePlays Admin may display customer and booking information when necessary for venue management. Administrators should only access and use customer information for legitimate venue and booking-related purposes and should not use, copy, or share customer information for unrelated purposes.
FePlays Admin may process venue location information provided by administrators for managing and displaying venue information. The App does not require continuous personal location tracking of administrators to provide its core management features.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate the App, provide authentication, maintain infrastructure, provide technical support, or deliver other required services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, services, or company.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business and booking records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
