FePlays (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a platform to discover and book sports venues and tournaments. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our app or visit pages we host for Google Play.

Account information: name, phone number, email, gender, and profile photo you provide when creating an account.
Booking details: venue, date/time, payment and booking history required to process reservations and refunds.
Device & usage data: device identifiers, IP address, OS, app version, analytics events, and crash reports for performance and debugging.
Payment data: payment token or transaction identifiers handled by our third-party payment provider (we do not store full card details).

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account, authenticate you, and provide the app’s core booking features.
To process payments, refunds, and communicate about bookings or support requests.
To improve the app via analytics, diagnostics, and personalization.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Venue partners for booking fulfillment (name, phone, booking details).

4. Google Play Data Disclosure

Per Google Play requirements, we disclose the types of data collected and the purposes above. If your use of the app involves location or sensitive permissions, those are requested at runtime and used only for the stated purposes (e.g., showing nearby venues).

We retain account and booking data as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request account deletion or data export by contacting us (see Contact below). Note that deleting your account may remove access to booking history and stored preferences.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage for sensitive tokens and HTTPS for network communication. However, no service is completely secure—please take care when sharing sensitive information.

7. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the minimum age required in your country, do not use the app. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
